Visual inspection is a crucial non-destructive testing method which is too often overlooked. Visual inspection can often reveal obvious problem areas that will prevent costly errors and delays in production. The general theory taught in this course will include:
 
•     Basics of Vision
•     Lighting Techniques
•     Material Attributes
•     Visual Perception
•     Accept/Reject Criteria
•     Recording and Reporting
•     Procedure Review

This course is designed for current Level 2 certified individuals and retest them to meet the ANSI B31.13-year certification requirement.
